It was a fantastic stay with hospitable staff who went out of their way to help with our skiing needs. the hotel's location was perfect, just a quick walk to the slopes, onsen, and restaurants. the room may have been old, but it was simple, clean, and comfortable with English speaking staff. There was even a skishop in the basement, ski-instructors, and a bar area to chill and relax after a long day of skiing.
The hot tubs in the bathrooms were not working.

Our Xmas stay was great value for money. the staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with any inquiries. the location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the ski slopes and restaurants. We especially liked the added extras of free shuttle service and breakfast, which were convenient and appreciated.
The shower facilities were a little outdated and could use some modernization. it was not a huge issue, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

Great location! It was close to places that we wanted to go to and it was easy to find. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and provided us with good suggestions. The skiing equipment that they rented us was in good condition and of high quality.
The room was small and cramped, and the bathroom was not well-equipped. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and we had problems connecting.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with clean and simple rooms that are perfect for solo travelers or friends. The friendly and accommodating staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. One detail mentioned in the reviews is that the staff can speak good English, which is a huge advantage for non-Japanese speakers like myself. The location is also highly convenient, being just a 5-minute walk to Naeba Ski resort and offering a free shuttle service for drop off and pick up.
The hotel seems to be newly opened and is still not fully ready for operation.
